Luna

If only you knew
I could see in your window
as you microwave
a frozen dinner, switching on
the six o'clock news.

Tiny energy particles,
lights on bright
beaming out your windows
into night's shadows. Yet -
no comparison to my radiance,
intensely magnificent
feminine facial beauty -
my glimmering splendor.

Remember this as you
open up bedcovers, crawling
into scented downy warmth.
Look to me while switching off
your infant glow and
gaze to my divinity
while drifting to dreamscape.
